As a reseller user you can impersonate users without having to enter their password. If in any case you do want to login using a password, you can:
- Generate a temporary password. The end user will not be informed. The password will be valid for 8 hours.
- Reset the user password. You have the option to inform the customer via email.
The user can also reset his password using the ‘forgot password’ option on the login page.
The user can change his current password using ‘profile’ in the top right menu.
