Maintenance information is available within Fleet Management. This article will describe the following topics:
- Maintenance Types
- Occurrences
- Due
Maintenance Types
Maintenance types can be defined in the “Settings” section. They can be used to define a recurring maintenance interval. Like “Change oil every 300 days”. Two interval options are available
- Number of days
- Distance
Maintenance types need to be assigned to Asset Types. Each asset can be assigned to a asset type. This can be changed on the asset properties of a device.
Occurences
Occurrences can be entered to the system to register a particular maintenance has happened. Based on the data the system will be able to show maintenance due.
Due
In the maintenance due overview you can see maintenance imminent, due or overdue.
